818 is walking distance from my house. Luckily, it's not only convenient, it's a GOD SEND.

Edwin has made two repairs to my car: 1. The time an idiot pole tried to make out with my car and 2. The time a jackass trashcan sucker-punched my side-view mirror.

Both times Edwin worked with my availability, timing and budget! Now if only he could put my car through therapy to have healthier relationships & boundaries with thug road hazards. 

 This place is great. Had a dent on my trunk from backing into my trash can. Got quoted 2k to fix at another place. Took it in to 818, and they were able to pop out the dent and bluff out the paint free of charge. Class act. 

 Edwin is the best!! He has made a couple repairs to my poor car and has always been thoughtful of my finances, considerate of my time and a pleasure with which to work. 

 Early this month I had an unfortunate "run-in" with a pole and had to see my baby Audi in dire in need of help. I was lucky enough to come across 818 Auto Body online and gave them a call. The staff was great over the phone and followed up with a professional and humorous staff in the office. They made me feel comfortable and made the process real easy for me to understand.

Shortly thereafter, I dropped the car off and got it back by the promise date! (Yay) My baby looked as good as she did the first day I got her.

The entire staff goes above and beyond to ensure that everything is communicated and that your car is fixed properly. Honest work is hard to find in this business and there are so many body shops in the valley. I couldn't recommend 818 enough.
